Commission Terms

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accept the following terms.

• You will not use my work to train generative AI models. My work is protected under copyright law, and to use it in this way without my consent is a violation of these laws.

• You will not create NFTs (non-fungible tokens) out of my work.

• You will not claim to have created the image(s), and will give credit to me where possible.

• My commissions pricing is based on personal use. If you wish to use images I create for commercial use, please discuss this with me beforehand so we can negotiate a fee for commercial licensing.

• Don't lowball me. I will ignore your message. I can, however, offer discounts on larger orders.

• Don't ask me to create sexually explicit or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) imagery. I reserve the right to refuse commission inquiries requesting imagery I am uncomfortable with.
